Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays

  • During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be extended slightly

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped immediately.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 6–9 business days after shipment.

Please note:

  • Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees

  • Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

    • Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, etc.)

    • Weather conditions

    • Customs or security inspections

    • High seasonal demand

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these potential delays.


Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Processing Time (1–3 business days) + Shipping Time (6–9 business days)


Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped

  • Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear in the system

  • Temporary inactivity in tracking updates does not mean the package is lost


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.


Delivered but Not Received

If the tracking status shows “Delivered”, the order is considered fulfilled.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • Issues related to mailbox access or security

We recommend contacting your local carrier or neighbors first.


Shipping Delays & Liability

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or external factors.

Shipping delays do not qualify for:

  • Refunds

  • Chargebacks

  • Cancellations


Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages at no extra cost, depending on product availability and logistics.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase

  • After this period, orders are automatically sent to processing and cannot be changed
